BAILEY HOUSE MUSEUM
Wailuku, Maui, HI
Built in 1833, the Bailey House was part of the Wailuku Female Seminary for Hawaiian girls until 1849 and is now a museum of Maui history showcasing Hawaiian artifacts, paintings and furnishings from nineteenth-century Maui. On the grounds are native plant and missionary-era gardens. Visit the Museum Shop for books about all things Hawaiian and unique gifts made in Hawaii.
